everything about your dogs

what happens when you go to court for your dog barking, what can the courts do the first time they hear the ca

first time they hear the case
Answers:
they will give you a warning. they wont take your dog away if that is what you are worried about
They will let you know that (this is assuming you did not have a warning before) you must keep your dog from constantly barking. Occassional barking is not enforced. But that irritating all day or night time stuff. If the dogs barking continues you will get fined, if that does not work, unfortunately the dog will have to be removed.
Quit bothering everyone and go hire a lawyer.

You are in trouble and the court can order your dogs impounded from temporarily to permanently (and in if not placed by the humane society, destroyed), and if it is a criminal case ,fine you lots of money and put you in jail.

You should have done something about controlling your animals and stopped breaking the law with building things in violation of the zoning code and having unregistered vehicles on the street and generally being a trashy neighbor you nitwit.
What are you being charged with? and is there a law in place to constitute the charge? If not it will be thrown out.. There has to be a dog barking ordinance in place to constitute a crime.. Do your research prior.. Home Owners Association, City ordinance, County etc. It may fall under noice ordinance in fine print.. If there is a law in place there will be listed penalty associated with the crime. If your guilty don't waste everyone's time it will only get worse. Hatfield and McCoys if you know what I mean. Let the judge know you are taking responsibility for your dog and it won't happen again.. Most likely he will go easy on you..
depends on how severe the situation is, and how many complaints they have against you. they can still fine you and will most likely ask for rabies shot info and county, or city license if that is a law in your area. again it depends.. is this your first offense? and are you willing to find ways to make it stop!! can't really predict what is going to happen at a court case, because every case is different, some animal control people are really hard to work with and dont have any patience or compassion. well good luck with everything i hope you get to keep your dog or dogs!
