If you have a dog (or cat) that urinates in the same spot over and over, no matter how hard you clean, we found that the X-OUT Spot Check Pet Spray will work where other detergent- based cleaning products did not previously.

The X-OUT Pet Stain Eliminator is 100% environmentally safe and removes both old/new urine or bile stains and odours effectively. This product works by loosening and lifting the soil from the stained area, and it will not change the colour fastness (but to be sure, test first for colour fastness in an inconspicuous area). 

To use, simply shake well before spraying onto the soiled area and then gently brush, rub or wipe into the stain using a cloth. 

Once you have let the product stand for a few minutes, you can blot the area with a dry absorbent paper towel.
